Vitamix or Jack LaLanne Power Juicer?

Juicer Reviews

Which is better? I want minimum pulp, no seeds, no skin ( Unless it's strawberries or grapes where the skin is fine. ) & to be able to make smoothies.

Jack LaLanne juicers are often returned due to a lack of power (my husband works retail). I’d go with the Vitamix.

The Vitamix! This machine has been around over 50 years, is durable and honestly works. It can be used to make juice and yes, you can make smoothies with it. You can also use it much like you would a food processor – make bread and cookie dough, batters, too many things to list here. Before you make a choice of machines, go to the Vitamix website and explore all the uses for their machine. They even have a "Live Help" line on the site. The website link is listed below in the "What’s your source?" area of this answer.

You will get more pulp with the vitamix, but the pulp is so crushed that you really won’t notice it that much unless you let the juice sit in the fridge overnight. I like to do that and use the slush instead of syrup on my pancakes. You can also make hot soup and soft ice cream in the vitamix, as well as mix dough. It can do a lot more than a juicer can and is worth the price.

for minimum pulp youll like the jack lalane but get the big one not the jr model. i have the big one and love it! kids dont like pulp so they like the juice. I love pulp and add a little of the pulp from the catch basen occasionally
