Breville Juice Fountain Elite 800JEXL Juicer Review - this juicer is one of the top-rated juicers in both user and professional reviews. If you go for it, you will get a 1,000-watt motor, dishwasher-safe parts, and a 3-inch-wide feed chute. The sleek-looking Breville Juice Fountain Elite features die-cast metal construction in contrast to cheaper machines, which are mostly plastic. It also boasts a two-speed motor, which is handy when juicing hard foods, including beets and carrots. For leafy green vegetables and softer fruits, the low speed option would be more suitable. Like all Breville products, the Breville Juice Fountain Elite 800JEXL has a one-year limited warranty.
This model has performed well in numerous professional tests. The reviewers normally admire its excellent performance, efficiency and ease of use. Many users give it high marks for power and speed, indicating it can make an 8-ounce glass of juice in just 5 seconds as well as its design, durability and juice yield. Owners also say it is easy to clean. On the other hand, there are quite a few complaints about the juicer's tendency to splatter and leak.
Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Review - it would be true to say many user reviews would normally lean towards the negative or the positive, but every now and then there are significant differences of opinion. This is the case with the Jack LaLanne Power Juicer series that earn far more positive reviews than any other juicer across various reviewing sites. Most users praise its ease of use and cleanup, the product's powerful motor and wide feed tube, raving at the same time about the juice they have made. Yet some users would give it more lukewarm reviews, reporting breakage and overheating. Despite this, Jack LaLanne Power Juicers remain the most popular choice in their price range.
Many people who reviewed Jack LaLanne Power Juicer appreciate the machines' great functional design. The powerful motor has a heavy solid construction and is over 3500rpm. The overheat device makes it durable and safe and the built-in features like the locking bar won't allow the machine to function unless it's locked in. The large chute makes it unnecessary to cut in small pieces as most fruits and vegetables will go in whole. The machines operate efficiently and quietly, and the pusher is steady and big.
Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650 review - I know many of you are wondering if it is possible to get a high quality juicer for far less money, particularly when you mostly would like to juice soft fruits as opposed to hard vegetables and fruits. Then consider the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650. Its dark plastic design does not look as sleek as the Breville juicers, however it earned top ratings from many reviewers, including Food & Wine magazine. Editors point out that most users give it high ratings for the large pulp container, wide chute and handy cleaning brush. Other reviewers give it perfect scores, saying it is easy to clean and use, fast and powerful. In one test, the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro came in second out of 10 models, even beating the Breville Juice Fountain Elite, although it's been one of the least expensive models they have tested.
Satisfied Customer:
This Hamilton Beach juicer is excellent. It performs well and is easy to operate and clean. It is also well-built and sturdy. The manual is easy to follow and the chute is wide and long, providing for safety and versatility. I am happy I got this model and wish I got it for my mother as well, instead of the Breville JE200XL. I highly recommend it.
One useful tip I found in the manual is placing a plastic bag in the pulp container to simplify cleanup. But even without it, emptying the pulp container was rather easy. Cleaning is a snap with the supplied brush and some dish soap. The parts are easy to remove and put back. The parts are also dishwasher-safe, which helps.

Breville Juice Fountain Compact BJE200XL Review - this Breville juicer is not as powerful as the Breville Juice Fountain Elite 800JEXL, however, as its more expensive sibling it has a contemporary design and a large chute. It also includes a one-year warranty, dishwasher-safe parts, and a gray plastic housing. In contrast to the Juice Fountain Elite, it only offers one speed. Despite this, some reviewers rate it higher than the more expensive Juice Fountain Elite for juicing performance, at the same time, praising its ease of use. People who own this machine tend to love it, describing it as very efficient at juice extraction, easy to use, compact and powerful. On a downside, some owners note that it is hard to clean, particularly the internal pulp container that tends to pulp in its seams and trap juice.
Satisfied Customer:
The design of this thing is absolutely first rate. Even down to the plug, which has a moulded loop so that it is easy to unplug and plug in! No tool is required to remove the basket, as in most other juicers. Breville uses a combo of ingenious design and magnets to hold it in place!
The pulp on this juicer is a bit wetter than the Jack LaLanne. The "Jack" had a much larger basket and a much slower rotation. I believe that may account for it. But it isn't much wetter - just very slightly.
This juicer makes much smaller pieces of pulp though - and my experience so far has been that it gets just as much juice from a pound of carrots.
Bottom line - I can't imagine anyone not loving this unit.

Omega 4000 Juicer Review - the Omega 4000 juicer boasts an impressively long 15 year warranty and heavy-duty components. Among the drawbacks, however, are a narrow chute that makes it necessary to chop veggies and fruits, and that parts are not dishwasher-safe. Omega 4000's efficiency also gets mixed reports. One report said that it was capable of juicing fruits so completely that there was no pulp left on the blade. But a leading consumer magazine found that its juicing performance was no better than average. People posting at Amazon.com are mostly happy with this solidly built and powerful machine, giving it a score of 4 stars out of 5. Most owners give it high marks for durability, but some say pulp ejector may clog, in addition to problems with splattering of pulp and juice.
Satisfied Customer:
The Omega 4000 is our third juicer and after about a month's use, it is proving itself to be the best. It ejects pulp very efficiently into a large container so we can complete an entire juicing session without having to pause to unclog or empty anything. The juice itself is very good quality, the yield is high and the pulp content is low. A nice bonus is that it runs quite quietly (for a juicer).
Waring Pro PJE401 Juicer Review - as a rule, most reviewers would favor centrifugal ejection models, a few masticating models also received good recommendations. Among those is the Waring Pro PJE401, also sold as the Acme Supreme Juicerator 6001. You will have to empty the basket periodically during juicing as these models store pulp in the straining basket. However, what you get for this minor inconvenience is greater juice extraction. The masticating models can, on average, increase juice yield up to 30 percent and produce pulp-free juice by simply holding onto the leftover pulp. Disposable filters that this model comes with, makes cleaning the internal basket a fairly easy process, particularly because the pulp left in the basket is so dry. Many reviewers say it provides more juice for your money. A handful of owners who reviewed this model gave it mostly positive reviews.
Satisfied Customer:
I have used many juicers in the past, and this one is by far the highest of quality. First of all, since this juicer does not have a pulp ejection system, the pulp actually spins in the juicer yielding about 30% more juice for your drinking pleasure. The filters make cleanup really simple. My favorite point about the juicer is the quality construction. They use stainless steel for most of the upper housing. Filters are available locally. It's a great way to start your day, and hopefully for years to come. Happy juicing!
As far as the benefit of juicing goes, there are many reasons why freshly juiced vegetables and fruits can make profound improvements in your health. They are delicious supplements to your healthy diet and have no equal among the many health products on the market. This is because the complete nutritional spectrum of essential nutrients that the fresh-squeezed juices contain cannot be condensed into a vitamin pill. In addition, no other health product, or even healthy foods, for that matter, can match how quickly and easily fresh fruit and vegetable juices are digested and absorbed by the body. Here are some other major reasons why juices are so nutritious and why they naturally belong in a healthy diet.
Benefit of juicing:
1. Wholesome Nutrition.
One of the greatest advantages of juicing whole vegetables or fruits is that you don't have to "read the label". As long as the produce id fresh, it is rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other important nutrients. Additionally, unlike most forms of cooking, the process of juicing does not significantly destroy any of these nutrients. The end result is that you have a tasty beverage loaded with nutrients that your body can put to use immediately because fresh-squeezed juice is almost completely self-digesting.
Most people who work out daily or who go to the gym as frequently as possible have dabbled in buying energy drinks. Meant to embolden and energize those who drink them, these drinks are designed for that instant rush of energy many find essential to motivate themselves to exercise. Unfortunately, store bought drinks can be expensive, sometimes prohibitively so, primarily because one has to purchase the drinks repeatedly depending on their workout or wakeup routines. If your budget is starting to get a little tight and you’re looking for room to cut back on extraneous expenses, you can slim down your energy drink budget without jeopardizing your personal slim down plans.
Really, with the proper home juicer, such as the power juicer, or other juicer blending system, you can make your own energy juice at home. Start by picking out an assortment of ingredients that meet two sets of criteria. The first set of criteria should be that the items you choose to use are healthful, advantageous to your energy supply in a significant way, offer crucial vitamins essential for positive workout experiences, and aren’t particularly heavy on calories. The second set of criteria has to do with your personal preference. The food-types you use will affect flavor, texture, and more. You can make all the healthy energy drinks you want with the power juicer containing mixes you don’t like, but chances are you won’t stick with the energy drink for very long if you don’t like the way it tastes. So whatever you do choose, make sure you like the individual items, or at least don’t mind them when blended together in your power juicer with other food-types.
When searching for foods, go organic if at all possible, as organic fruits and vegetables tend to retain more of their beneficial nutrients when grown organically. Farmer’s markets and health food superstores can make this much easier than you’d think. Vegetable selection is something you’ll have to train yourself to do. Choose fresh vegetables of quality, particularly ones that are firm and vibrant in color. Don’t use vegetables that have been rotting away for a while, as you won’t get as much out of them. As for fruit, choose fresh, ripe fruit that still has some firmness to it. Bananas are a popular fruit to use when mixing an energy drink in the power juicer, but be careful only to use ripened bananas (yellow) versus premature ones (green).
If you’re still not sure what kinds of fruits and vegetables to use with the power juicer, consider some of these popular choices. Oranges and the aforementioned bananas mix well with a wide variety of other fruits and vegetables, so if you’re a fan of either particular flavor, use it to cover up the taste of some items you may not like as much. Carrots and tomatoes are also highly versatile, and are nutrient rich, so include them in as many energy juice varieties as you can. Beets, apples, grapefruit, and more can also be included depending on personal taste.
So use the power juicer to mix this energy booster in the mornings or right before working out on that exercise ball, stationary bike, or treadmill at home. That way, as you work toward self-fitness, you can have a tasty, healthful energy drink as you progress, all without the expense of buying them prepackaged or prepared at a juicing station.
I have always been skeptical of any product advertised on TV; but I was wrong about the power juicer. The speed of the machine is incredible, along with its quiet operation, and the ability to juice almost any fruit or vegetable I can imagine is simply wonderful. Also, the range of uses for the pulp seems to be never ending.

We love our new juicer, we juice as a family with our 17 year old daughter. There were certain fruit and veggie's that i wouldn't eat but since we started the juicing the sky has been the limit.
